Why You’ll Love This Journey

An Authentic Introduction to Southern Vietnam This isn’t a checklist of landmarks. You’ll ride a wooden boat through the Mekong Delta, share a coffee with a former Can Tho Prison inmate turned storyteller, and paddle through a flooded forest sanctuary, the kind of moments that stay with you long after you’re home.

Thoughtfully Designed Pacing Full days of discovery are balanced with quieter mornings and a free day in Ho Chi Minh City, so you can explore at your own rhythm rather than rushing between stops.

Comfortable, Carefully Selected Accommodation Every hotel on this journey, from boutique 3-star properties to riverside 5-star resorts, has been chosen for its comfort, location and service, not simply its star rating.

Local Guides Who Know the Region Your English-speaking guides live and work in the places you’re visiting. Their knowledge turns a temple visit or a market stroll into a genuine local experience.

Meaningful Encounters Along the Way From artisans along the Mekong to the Buddhist traditions of the Delta, this itinerary is built around real connections with the people and places of the region.

Seamless Planning, Start to Finish Private air-conditioned transfers, daily breakfast and a well-paced schedule are arranged in advance, so you can focus on the journey rather than the logistics.

A Trip Designed Around You As a family-owned Canadian company, AvionTrip plans every journey with personal attention. This itinerary can be adjusted to suit your pace, interests and travel party.
