Co-Founder Costel brings over 20 years of international hospitality experience, having worked with world-renowned brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Shangri-La Hotels, and Cunard's Queen Mary 2. He also holds a Canadian Red Seal Culinary Certification. His expertise in luxury hospitality, guest services, and travel planning ensures every itinerary is thoughtfully designed with exceptional attention to detail, comfort, and personalized care.
Co-Founder Nhi was born and raised in Nha Trang, Vietnam, and holds a degree in Graphic Design from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture. Her deep local insight and firsthand cultural knowledge help travelers discover authentic experiences beyond the usual tourist routes, from the vibrant streets of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to the beautiful beaches of Nha Trang, Da Nang, and Phu Quoc.

Huy graduated from the University of Tourism in Ho Chi Minh City, and that foundation, paired with years of living between Canadian and Vietnamese perspectives, is exactly what gives AvionTrip its edge on the ground in Vietnam. He’s part of our Vietnam team, and that dual understanding means he sees a destination the way a local does and a trip the way a traveler does, at the same time.
That instinct shows in the partnerships he’s built. Through his presence at travel expos across Vietnam, Huy has connected AvionTrip with partners who might otherwise have stayed out of reach, opening doors that come from being genuinely part of the community rather than visiting it.
Travel isn’t just his work, it’s his passion, and that curiosity for new cultures runs through everything he does. Where it really comes alive is food. Huy’s deep knowledge of Vietnamese and Southeast Asian cuisine helps AvionTrip identify the restaurants and culinary experiences that suit different travelers’ tastes, giving our customers access to the culinary experiences worth traveling for.

Constantin holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering, and that engineer’s mind is exactly why he’s the one making sure everything behind the scenes at AvionTrip holds up: coordinating with our development team, reviewing every line of text on the site, and verifying our policies say precisely what they mean. Nothing goes live until it’s right.
When you call our Romanian line, that same care is on the other end. You get someone who listens properly, answers honestly, and follows through.
Travel is a genuine passion for him, so he understands what separates a trip you took from a trip you remember. In his time off, he teaches Latin dance, which tells you most of what you need to know about how he works: discipline, timing, and a feel for the people in front of him.

Based in Quang Nam, he shoots across Central Vietnam and beyond, from the lantern-lit lanes of Hoi An to the sunrise cloud layers above the Cầu Đất tea hills in Da Lat. He waits in the cold for the light to arrive, and comes back until it does.
He also brings a commercial eye from photographing five-star resort properties, which means he sees a place the way a discerning traveller will: the details that hold up, and the ones that do not.
When his work appears on our destination pages, you are seeing Vietnam through the eyes of someone who loves it, in a light most visitors sleep through.
